Our Review
Pros
- One-time evaluation fees with no recurring billing or activation fees
- End-of-day trailing drawdown across programs; Growth can pass in one day
- Bots permitted if solely owned; multiple platform choices
Cons
- Three account types with different rules can be confusing
- Payout caps per period on funded accounts
- No overnight holding; Lightning instant accounts cost $345–$796
Verdict: Tradeify is a Boca Raton, Florida futures prop firm with one-time fees, no activation fees and end-of-day trailing drawdowns. It offers two evaluations, Growth and Select, plus an instant-funded Lightning account. Prices are competitive and the 90% split is strong. The downside is complexity. Each account type has its own consistency rule, loss limit and payout cap. Some official pages also disagree on the details.
Plans and prices
Every Tradeify account is a one-time purchase with no recurring billing. There are no activation fees on any current account type. Prices below come from Tradeify's pricing reference in its help center.
Growth Evaluation
- 25K: $99 (reset $60)
- 50K: $145 (reset $95)
- 100K: $255 (reset $169)
- 150K: $369 (reset $229)
Select Evaluation
- 25K: $109 (reset $75)
- 50K: $165 (reset $109)
- 100K: $265 (reset $169)
- 150K: $369 (reset $239)
- 300K limited release: $349, with no resets
An optional 50% consistency add-on raises Select prices to $135, $205, $329 and $459 for 25K to 150K. It is not offered on the 300K.
Lightning Funded (no evaluation)
- 25K: $345
- 50K: $492
- 100K: $660
- 150K: $796
Lightning accounts cannot be reset. If you breach one, you buy a new account.
The price gap is wide. A Lightning 50K costs $492, more than three Growth 50K evaluations at $145 each. You pay that premium to skip the evaluation. If you are confident in your risk control, an evaluation plus a reset or two can work out cheaper.
Other costs
- Tradovate, Rithmic and WealthCharts carry no platform surcharge.
- Market data on Tradovate is free if you sign the non-professional agreement. Otherwise a professional data fee may apply.
- Buying five identical Growth or Select 25K/50K accounts in one order gets 5% off.
- Tradeify states all sales are final, except where a promo code failed to apply.
Evaluation rules
Both evaluations are one step. Tradeify describes its drawdown as end-of-day trailing for evaluation and funded accounts. Tradeify's own pages do not state the exact lock point, so check your dashboard for where it stops trailing.
Growth
- Profit target: $1,500 (25K), $3,000 (50K).
- Max drawdown: $1,000 (25K), $2,000 (50K), end-of-day trailing.
- Daily loss limit: $600 (25K) and $1,250 (50K).
- Consistency: none in the evaluation.
- Minimum days: one trading day.
The 25K figures come from Tradeify's own 3.0 announcement. The 50K figures are from our database and partly from third-party sources, so confirm them. We could not confirm 100K and 150K Growth targets and drawdowns on an official page today. Check the checkout page for those sizes.
Select
- Profit target: $1,500 (25K), $3,000 (50K), $6,000 (100K), $9,000 (150K).
- Max drawdown: $1,000 (25K) and $4,500 (150K), end-of-day trailing. Our data shows $2,000 on the 50K; confirm the 50K and 100K on the firm's site.
- Daily loss limit: none in the evaluation.
- Consistency: 40% during the evaluation. The paid add-on relaxes it to 50%.
- Minimum days: three trading days.
- Contract limit: 1 contract or 10 micros on the 25K.
The 50K Select target is $3,000 for new purchases. Older 50K accounts keep their original goal. The 40% rule means your best day cannot exceed 40% of total profit. Run your numbers through our consistency calculator before you trade a big news day.
No overnight holding is allowed on any Tradeify account. For a primer on why end-of-day trailing is friendlier than intraday, read trailing vs static drawdown.
Funded account and payouts
Tradeify advertises a 90% profit split. Payout rules depend on which account you passed or bought.
Growth funded
- 35% consistency: no single day can exceed 35% of total profits.
- Minimum balance of $1,500 to request a payout on the 25K.
- Payout cap of $1,000 per payout period on the 25K.
Select funded: two paths
- Select Flex: payout after 5 profitable days of $100 or more. No daily loss limit. Cap is 50% of balance up to $1,250. Net profit must be above $0 each period.
- Select Daily: daily payouts with a daily loss limit ($500 on the 25K) and a $1,100 buffer on the 25K.
The Select Daily cap is stated inconsistently. Tradeify's 3.0 announcement says up to 2x period profits with a $600 maximum. The Select plan page shows $1,250. Confirm the current figure before you choose a path. Neither Select path has a consistency rule once funded.
Lightning funded
- Instant funding, so there is no evaluation.
- Progressive consistency: 20% for the first payout, 25% for the second and 30% after that.
- 150K: $5,250 drawdown and $3,000 daily loss limit on new purchases.
- 50K: $2,000 drawdown and $1,250 daily loss limit, per our CMS data. Check the firm's site to confirm.
Tradeify markets fast payouts and says the average trader gets a first payout in about four days. Its own disclaimer also states that 28.5% of funded-level participants received a payout between August 2025 and July 2026. That is a useful reality check.
Platforms
You pick your platform at checkout. The three routes are:
- NinjaTrader / Tradovate
- WealthCharts
- Rithmic / Tradesea
TradingView is available as an optional paid subscription paid directly to TradingView. Level 2 and EUREX add-ons are offered on Tradovate only for now. Tradeify's Funded Trader Agreement allows bots only if you prove sole ownership and do not run them across multiple firms. High-frequency bots are not allowed.
Who it suits / who should skip
Good fit if you
- Want a one-time fee with no monthly rebill and no activation charge.
- Prefer end-of-day trailing drawdown across every account type.
- Want to pass fast: Growth can be passed in one trading day.
- Use Rithmic, Tradovate or WealthCharts.
- Want an instant-funded option and accept the higher Lightning price.
Skip it if you
- Want one simple rulebook. Growth, Select and Lightning each work differently.
- Need large early withdrawals. Per-period caps such as $1,000 on Growth 25K slow things down.
- Hold trades overnight.
- Trade size from day one. The Select 25K allows only 1 contract or 10 micros in the evaluation.
- Make most of your profit in one or two big days. Consistency rules apply in Select evaluation and Growth funded.
