1. Agreement

By using fundedkings.com (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

2. Information only, not financial advice

FundedKings publishes comparisons, reviews, discount codes, rules data, calculators and educational content about proprietary trading firms. All of it is general information. None of it is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and none of it is a recommendation to buy any product or make any trade. You are responsible for your own decisions.

3. Trading risk

Trading futures, forex and CFDs carries a high risk of loss. Prop firm evaluations typically use simulated capital, and most participants do not pass or receive a payout. Never spend money on a challenge that you can't afford to lose.

4. Accuracy of information

We check prices, rules and payout terms against firms' official websites and show when they were last verified. Firms change their terms frequently and without notice, and official sources sometimes contradict each other. We don't guarantee that any information on the Site is complete, current or error-free. Always confirm the current terms on the firm's own website before you buy.

5. Discount codes and offers

Codes and offers are set by the firms, not by FundedKings. They may change, expire or be withdrawn at any time, and we can't guarantee that a code will work. Any purchase is a contract between you and the firm.

6. Calculators

Our calculators give estimates based on the inputs you provide and simplified assumptions. They may not match how a particular firm calculates drawdown, loss limits or payouts. Use them as a guide, not as a guarantee.

7. Third-party links and affiliate relationships

The Site links to third-party websites, including prop firms that may pay us a commission. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, products, services or privacy practices. See our affiliate disclosure for how we earn money.

8. Acceptable use

Please don't scrape the Site at scale, try to interfere with its operation, misuse our forms, or republish our content without permission. You may share links and short quotes with attribution.

9. Intellectual property

The Site's original content, design and data compilations belong to FundedKings. Firm names and logos belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FundedKings will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, funds or data, arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its content, including challenge fees paid to third parties.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date shows when they last changed. Continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing law
