Is My Funded Futures Legit?
What My Funded Futures discloses about its company, simulated accounts, payouts and regulation, and the rules to read first. Checked 3 Nov 2026.

My Funded Futures (MFFU) is an operating futures prop firm with a named company, a public help center and detailed published disclosures. Those disclosures are also blunt: MFFU says its accounts operate in a simulated environment, fees are non-refundable and most participants never reach a payout. This guide sets out what MFFU states about itself, how the model works and which rules to read before you buy. Facts were checked on MFFU's own site and help center on 3 November 2026.

Short answer
- MFFU's website names its operating company, MyFunded Futures, LLC.
- MFFU states that all its accounts operate in a simulated environment, on a demo basis.
- Its own figures show 39.2% of traders who reached the simulated funded stage earned at least one payout.
- Evaluation fees are non-refundable. Each plan has different payout caps and buffers.
Who runs My Funded Futures
The footer of myfundedfutures.com refers to the company as MyFunded Futures, LLC. It also mentions a separate product, MyFunded Perpetuals, offered by a different company, Funding Perpetuals Holdings, Inc.
The homepage copyright line reads "2023-2026." We did not find a stated founding year or a street address on the pages we checked. If those details matter to you, ask MFFU support before you buy.
How the business model works
You pay a one-time fee for an evaluation. MFFU switched new purchases to one-time payments from 25 August 2026, with a $0 activation fee on every plan. Plans include Builder, Rapid, Rapid EOD, Pro and Studio. Our My Funded Futures review lists current prices.
Pass the evaluation and you move to a Sim Funded account. MFFU's disclaimer is direct: "All MFFU accounts operate in a simulated environment." It adds that "All trades are executed on a demo basis and do not involve real capital." Payouts are based on simulated results.
MFFU's payout policy describes a "Real progression path from Sim to Live accounts." The criteria differ by plan, for example review after three consecutive payouts on Pro.
What MFFU publishes about payouts
MFFU's homepage claims "$300M+" paid to traders. It also says "75%+" of payouts are "auto-approved in milliseconds." Its footer gives program figures for a measurement period it states there:
- 19.97% of evaluation participants advanced beyond the evaluation stage.
- 39.2% of participants who reached the simulated Funded Stage earned at least one payout.
- 4.2% of Simulated Funded Account traders were promoted to a Live Funded Account.
These are MFFU's own numbers. We have not audited them. Read the first two together: most buyers do not pass, and most who pass do not reach a payout.
Payout terms
MFFU's payout policy overview states:
- Rapid Sim Funded plans earn 90% as of 12 January 2026. Builder and Pro pay 80%.
- Rapid pays daily once the buffer is cleared, with a $500 minimum.
- Pro pays every 14 calendar days from the first trade, with a $1,000 minimum.
- Builder caps each request, for example $1,000 on the 25K.
- Most payouts are approved instantly. Manual reviews "may take up to 6 to 12 business hours on weekdays."
Is My Funded Futures regulated?
MFFU's disclaimer states that MyFundedFutures "is not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, introducing broker," futures commission merchant or money manager. It does not claim a regulatory registration for itself.
That is consistent with the product. You are buying access to a simulated evaluation, not opening a brokerage account. The disclaimer also limits trading to standardized futures listed on US exchanges.
Rules that cause most disputes
Complaints about prop firms usually come back to a rule the trader did not read. At MFFU, check these first:
- Non-refundable fees: MFFU states evaluation fees are non-refundable.
- Buffers: Rapid and Pro require a buffer before payout, for example $2,100 on a 50K.
- Intraday trailing on Rapid: Rapid Sim Funded trails intraday. Rapid EOD and Pro use end-of-day.
- Consistency rules: some evaluations use a 50% or 30% rule. Builder applies 50% to payouts.
- Payout caps: Builder caps each cycle. MFFU's help center caps Pro Sim Funded payouts at $100,000 per user.
- News and overnight: funded accounts are restricted around Tier 1 news. Positions close at session end.

Red flags checklist
Use this list on MFFU or any other firm:
- No named legal entity.
- No clear statement that funded accounts are simulated.
- Payout claims with no period, method or base rate.
- Payout rules buried in a terms document, not a help center.
- Broad discretion clauses to deny payouts without a named rule.
- Rules changed on existing accounts without notice.
- No way to contact support before buying.
MFFU names its company and publishes simulated-account and pass-rate disclosures. It does not show an address on its homepage, which is worth noting.
