Clarity Traders is a low-cost option for forex and CFD traders who want few time pressures. Its One Step and Two Step evaluations have no minimum trading days and no time limit. News trading and holding over the weekend are allowed. Prices start at $55. The catches are real, though. Payouts are made only in USDT, the reward split starts at 70%, and several useful features cost extra. Trustpilot has also withheld the firm's rating after removing fake reviews. We score it 3.3 out of 5.
Programs and prices
Clarity Traders sells three simulated account types, each in six sizes from $5,000 to $200,000. Prices below are list prices in US dollars from the firm's Compare Accounts page and account pages, checked on 3 November 2026.
Two Step (lowest price at every size):
- $5,000 account: $55
- $10,000 account: $109
- $25,000 account: $169
- $50,000 account: $329
- $100,000 account: $599
- $200,000 account: $1,009
One Step:
- $5,000 account: $59
- $10,000 account: $117
- $25,000 account: $177
- $50,000 account: $349
- $100,000 account: $687
- $200,000 account: $1,133
Instant (no evaluation):
- $5,000 account: $95
- $10,000 account: $139
- $25,000 account: $279
- $50,000 account: $415
- $100,000 account: $789
- $200,000 account: $1,499
Fees are not refundable by default. A paid Refund Guarantee add-on returns the fee with your first approved payout. The Instant page lists three add-on prices as a share of the account price: 100% Profit Share (+15%), Express Payouts (+25%) and EAs Allowed (+35%). Other add-on prices are shown only at checkout.
The add-ons change the real cost. A $100,000 Instant account is $789 on its own. With the 100% split, weekly payouts and EAs, the add-ons alone would cost 75% of the account price on Clarity's stated percentages. Price the bundle you need, not the headline fee.
Trading rules
All three accounts use a daily loss limit measured from your balance at the start of each trading day. Your equity, including open trades, must stay above that day's floor. The max loss limit is fixed below your starting balance. Clarity sets out every rule on its Trading Rules page.
Two Step rules
- Profit target: 8% in Phase 1, then 5% in Phase 2.
- Daily loss limit: 5% in both phases and once funded.
- Max loss limit: 8% during the evaluation, rising to 10% on the funded account.
- Minimum trading days and time limit: none to pass.
- Consistency rule: none in the evaluation; 20% on the funded account.
One Step rules
- Profit target: 10% in one phase.
- Daily loss limit: 4%, in the evaluation and once funded.
- Max loss limit: 6% during the evaluation, rising to 10% on the funded account.
- Minimum trading days and time limit: none to pass.
- Consistency rule: none in the evaluation; 20% on the funded account.
Instant rules
- Profit target: none. You trade a funded simulated account from day one.
- Daily loss limit: 3%, and it trails. Clarity says the limit adjusts as your equity reaches new highs.
- Max loss limit: 5%.
- Consistency rule: 10%. No single day can make up more than 10% of a payout request.
- Minimum trading days: 7 before your first payout.
The Two Step gives the most room. On a $100,000 account you need $8,000 then $5,000, with $8,000 of total loss room. The One Step asks for $10,000 with only $6,000 of room, a target almost twice the size of the drawdown. Instant has the tightest limits of all: $3,000 a day and $5,000 in total on $100,000. Our drawdown calculator shows your floors in dollars.
The consistency rule on funded accounts
Every funded account has a consistency rule, and it is strict. On One Step and Two Step, no single day can exceed 20% of the amount you request. On Instant, the cap is 10%. Clarity's example: with a 20% rule and a $1,000 best day, you can request once the payout reaches $5,000. Going over the cap does not close the account; you keep trading until your best day falls under it. Plan for it with our consistency calculator and our consistency rule guide.
News, weekends and banned strategies
- News trading: allowed on every account, with no restrictions around releases.
- Weekend holding: allowed on every account. Opening and managing trades during weekend sessions needs the paid Trade on Weekends add-on.
- Expert Advisors: only with the paid EAs Allowed add-on.
- Not allowed: high-frequency trading, latency arbitrage, trades held under 60 seconds, hedging or coordinating trades across accounts (including other people's), and market manipulation.
- Inactivity: place at least one trade every 60 days or the account may be closed.
The 60-second minimum matters most. Scalpers who close quickly can lose a payout over it. Clarity's FAQ says breaches can lead to account closure and loss of payout eligibility.
Payouts and profit split
Clarity pays on a fixed cycle. You can request a payout every 14 days from your dashboard. The paid Express Payouts add-on makes it weekly. Every funded account, including Instant, needs at least 7 trading days first. Details are on Clarity's How Payouts Work page.
- Split: 70% on your first payout, 80% on the second and 90% from the third onward.
- 100% Rewards add-on: 100% from the first payout.
- Method: USDT on the Ethereum network (ERC-20) only, sent to your wallet. There is no bank transfer option.
- Checks: identity verification (KYC) before your first request, then a review of your trades against the rules.
The rising split is a real cost. On a $5,000 request, the first payout pays you $3,500, the second $4,000 and later ones $4,500. Payments sent to a wrong wallet address cannot be recovered, so double-check it. Clarity accepts cards and crypto for buying accounts, but only USDT for paying out. Use our profit calculator to compare splits.
Platforms and instruments
You can trade any Clarity account on TradeLocker or MetaTrader 5. Clarity also runs a public TradeLocker demo on its live spreads page, so you can check prices before you pay. Clarity's pages refer to forex pairs such as EUR/USD but do not publish a full symbol list; check the platform before buying if you trade a specific market.
The Double Leverage add-on doubles leverage without changing the loss limits. Bigger positions use up your room faster, so treat it with care. Clarity also promotes two related products: Clarity FX, which it describes as a separate broker, and Clarity Tracking, a trade journal. Neither is needed to trade an account.
Reputation and complaints
This is the weakest part of the picture. When we checked Trustpilot on 3 November 2026, the page said the company's rating "is unavailable due to a breach of our guidelines." It also said Trustpilot had "removed a number of fake reviews" for the company.
- 334 reviews were still listed.
- 73% were 5-star and 18% were 1-star.
- Many 1-star reviews describe payouts denied after rule breaches, including trades closed in under 60 seconds.
- Some reviewers call the rules vague or one-sided.
We cannot verify individual reviews. The pattern still matters. Read the trading rules in full, keep records of every trade, and test the process on a small account first. Clarity's site claims "80,000+ traders" and "$10M+ processed"; these are the firm's own figures and we cannot audit them. Our Is Clarity Traders legit? guide covers the company and the complaints in more detail.
How we scored it
We give Clarity Traders 3.3 out of 5, using the same criteria as every firm: rule fairness, pricing, payout reliability and speed, platform choice and transparency.
- Rule fairness (strong): no minimum days to pass, no time limit, static max loss, news and weekend holding allowed.
- Pricing (strong, with a catch): low list prices from $55, but key features are paid extras.
- Payout reliability (weak): USDT-only payouts, a 70% first split, and a pattern of complaints about denied payouts.
- Platforms (good): TradeLocker and MT5.
- Transparency (mixed): rules are published clearly with dollar examples, but the Trustpilot warning and fake-review removal weigh against it.
That puts it below every other firm we review. Its partnership with FundedKings did not change the score.
Who it suits / who should skip
Clarity Traders suits you if
- You want a cheap first evaluation. The $5,000 Two Step is $55 before any code.
- You trade patiently. There is no time limit and no minimum days to pass.
- You trade news or hold positions over the weekend.
- You already hold USDT and are comfortable with an ERC-20 wallet.
Consider skipping if
- You scalp and close trades within a minute. The 60-second rule can void payouts.
- You want bank payouts. Clarity pays only in USDT.
- You use EAs or want a high split from day one. Both are paid add-ons.
- Third-party reputation matters to you. A firm with a withheld Trustpilot rating is a bigger risk than an established name such as FTMO.
