Notes

The FundedNext Stellar 1-Step $25K is a 1-Step challenge from FundedNext on a $25K account. It costs $219.99, and the fee is refundable under the firm's conditions. Here are its rules in plain English, from our database row last checked against FundedNext's official pages on 3 November 2026.

What you need to pass

  • Profit target: 10% ($2,500).
  • Daily loss limit: 3% ($750). Losing more than this in one trading day breaks the rule.
  • Maximum drawdown: 6% ($1,500), a static limit: the floor is fixed below your starting balance and never moves up.
  • Minimum trading days: 2.
  • Time limit: Unlimited.

Trading rules

  • News trading: Allowed.
  • Overnight and weekend holding: Allowed.
  • EAs and automation: Allowed on MT4/MT5 for an extra EA usage fee; not allowed on cTrader or Match-Trader.

What it means in practice

As an illustration, risking 1% of the account per trade ($250) gives you room for 3 full losses in a row before the daily limit and 6 before the maximum drawdown. Many traders size smaller, around 0.25–0.5%, so a bad day can't end the account. Use our position size calculator to turn a dollar risk into lots or contracts.

Because the floor is fixed, every dollar of profit adds to your room. That makes the start of the challenge the riskiest part.
