Is Tradeify Legit?

Tradeify is an operating US futures prop firm with a named company, a street address and a public help center. Its own disclosures also show that most traders who pay never receive a payout. Both facts matter if you are asking whether Tradeify is legit. This guide covers what Tradeify states about itself, how its accounts work and which rules to read before you buy. Facts were checked on Tradeify's own site and help center on 3 November 2026.

Short answer

  • Tradeify names its holding company and its Boca Raton, Florida address on its website.
  • Its funded accounts are simulated. Tradeify says so in its FAQ and disclaimer.
  • Tradeify's own figures show 28.5% of funded-level participants received a payout over a 12-month period.
  • All sales are final. Rules differ by account type, which is where most problems start.

Who runs Tradeify

The footer of tradeify.co lists these details:

  • Copyright holder: Tradeify Holdings, Corp.
  • Address: 1700 S. Dixie Highway, Suite 305, Boca Raton, FL 33432.
  • Brokerage affiliate: Tradeify Brokerage LLC d/b/a Slay Markets, listed as an NFA member, NFA ID 0575972.
  • Payment agent: Novaflame LTD, listed with a registered address in Limassol, Cyprus.

How the business model works

Tradeify sells one-time-fee evaluations, Growth and Select, plus an instant-funded Lightning account with no evaluation. Its pricing reference says there are no activation fees on any current account type. Our Tradeify review lists every price.

Once you pass, or buy Lightning, you trade a Sim Funded account. Tradeify's FAQ describes it plainly: "Trade in simulated markets, earn real payouts." The homepage FAQ adds that "You're trading on simulated capital." Payouts are based on those simulated results.

Tradeify also runs an Elite Live tier with real capital. Its FAQ says Tradeify "monitors performance and may select you." Selection is at Tradeify's discretion.

What Tradeify publishes about payouts

Tradeify's homepage claims "$350M+ Verified Payouts" and shows "0% Payout Denials." We found no explanation of how the denial figure is calculated. Its disclaimer gives figures for August 2025 to July 2026:

  • 17.2% of evaluation accounts started were completed.
  • 28.5% of individual funded-level participants received a payout.

These are Tradeify's figures, not ours. Read them as the base rate before you buy.

Payout terms

Tradeify's common FAQs state:

  • Sim Funded accounts pay a 90/10 split from the first payout. Elite Live pays 80/20.
  • Payouts are "usually processed within 24 hours" once Rise onboarding is complete.
  • Weekend requests "can take up to 72 hours."
  • Payouts go via Riseworks and Plane, by bank transfer or cryptocurrency. PayPal is not supported.

Each account type has its own payout minimums, caps and consistency rules. Check the plan page for yours.

Is Tradeify regulated?

Tradeify's disclaimer describes its brokerage affiliate as an introducing broker registered with the CFTC and an NFA member. That registration covers the brokerage entity. The evaluations and Sim Funded accounts are simulated programs, not brokerage accounts.

So buying a Tradeify evaluation does not make you a brokerage client. You are paying for an evaluation service. You can check the NFA ID on the NFA's public BASIC search.

Rules that cause most disputes

Most frustrated reviews of prop firms trace back to a rule the trader missed. At Tradeify, read these first:

  • No refunds: Tradeify states "all sales are final." The only stated exception is a promo code that failed to apply.
  • Different rules per account: Growth, Select Flex, Select Daily and Lightning each have their own consistency, loss and payout rules.
  • Consistency rules: Select uses 40% in the evaluation. Lightning uses a progressive rule on payouts.
  • Hedging: Tradeify's FAQ says every account involved "can be set to violation status."
  • Inactivity: the FAQ says an inactive account "will be deleted after an email warning."
  • No overnight holding on any account.
  • Bots: allowed only under conditions in the Funded Trader Agreement.

Red flags checklist

Apply this list to Tradeify or any firm you are considering:

  • No named company or address.
  • No statement that funded accounts are simulated.
  • Headline statistics with no period or method.
  • Rules that conflict between pages, with no clear "this page wins" source.
  • Payout denials based on broad "discretion" language.
  • Rules changed for existing accounts without notice.
  • Payment routed through entities the firm does not name.

Tradeify names its entities and its payment agent. When we reviewed it, some Tradeify pages disagreed on details such as the Select Daily payout cap. Confirm the figure that applies to your account.

How to protect yourself

  1. Run through our challenge checklist before you pay.
  2. Pick one account type and read its full rule set, including the funded stage.
  3. Screenshot the rules and price on the day you buy.
  4. Finish Rise onboarding early, so your first payout is not delayed.
  5. Do not hedge across accounts or firms.
  6. Treat the fee as spent. There is no refund.

Common questions

Is Tradeify a scam?

Tradeify names its company and address, runs a public help center and publishes its own pass and payout rates. Those are not hallmarks of a scam. The main risk is losing a non-refundable fee, which is the most common outcome.

Is Tradeify real money?

Not on Sim Funded accounts. Tradeify says you trade "simulated capital" and earn real payouts. Elite Live uses real capital, by selection.

How fast does Tradeify pay?

Tradeify's FAQ says payouts are usually processed within 24 hours after Rise onboarding, and up to 72 hours for weekend requests.

Does Tradeify offer refunds?

No. Tradeify states all sales are final, except where a promo code failed to apply.
