FundedNext vs Tradeify

FundedNext built its name on forex and CFD challenges. Tradeify is a futures prop firm based in Boca Raton, Florida. FundedNext's own site now also sells FundedNext Futures, so the two firms do overlap. Both charge one-time fees with no activation fee, which makes this a close futures match. Rules and prices were checked on each firm's official site and help center on 3 November 2026.

Pick your market first

Forex and futures challenges work differently. CFD accounts usually allow weekend holds and use percentage rules. Futures accounts use dollar rules, exchange hours and contract limits. If you are not sure which market fits you, read our guide to forex vs futures prop firms first.

  • You trade forex pairs, gold or index CFDs on MetaTrader: Tradeify has nothing for you. Look at FundedNext's Stellar challenges.
  • You trade CME futures: compare FundedNext Futures with Tradeify. That is the main part of this guide.

Prices

FundedNext Futures

  • Flex: $141.99 (50K), $273.99 (100K), $490.99 (150K) at list. FundedNext's price list shows $74.99, $144.99 and $259.99 for the first two coupon purchases. The futures page names code FNFLEX.
  • Rapid Pro and Rapid Daily: $79.99 for 25K. The 50K is listed at $149.99 on one help page and $169.99 on another.
  • Direct: $169.99 for a $50K funded account with no evaluation.
  • Refunds: none. The terms call all purchases final.

Tradeify

From Tradeify's pricing reference:

  • Growth: $99 (25K), $145 (50K), $255 (100K), $369 (150K).
  • Select: $109, $165, $265 and $369.
  • Lightning: $345 to $796, with no resets.
  • Data: Tradovate users who skip the non-professional agreement may face a $300 monthly data fee.
  • Refunds: all sales are final.

Promo codes: neither firm has a code in our deals list. Tradeify's homepage showed several banner codes with conflicting dates when we checked. Codes change, so check the final price at checkout.

What this means: at 50K, FundedNext Flex with its coupon ($74.99) undercuts Tradeify Growth ($145). Flex also asks for less profit, but gives a smaller loss limit. Compare the rules, not just the fee.

If you want FundedNext for forex

The Stellar challenges are a different product. They start at $32.99 for a 5K Stellar Lite account. Every Stellar plan uses a static max loss and no time limit. Weekend holding is allowed. The Stellar 2-Step page showed code NOVSTR with "save up to 41%" when we checked. Our Stellar rules guide covers them in full.

Profit targets and loss limits

FundedNext Futures

  • Flex: $2,500 / $5,000 / $8,000 targets. $1,500 / $2,500 / $4,000 max loss. No daily loss limit. 40% consistency in the challenge. Flex rules.
  • Rapid Pro: $1,500 / $3,000 / $5,000 targets at 25K, 50K and 100K. $1,000 / $2,000 / $2,500 max loss. The daily limit is an optional add-on that lowers the price. No challenge consistency rule. Rapid Pro rules.
  • Rapid Daily: the same targets, with a fixed daily limit of $500, $1,000 or $1,250.

Tradeify

  • Growth: $1,500 to $9,000 targets. End-of-day drawdown of $1,000 on 25K and $2,000 on 50K, per our rules database. Soft daily limit of $600, $1,250, $2,500 or $3,750. No consistency rule. Tradeify says you can pass in one day.
  • Select: same targets. No daily loss limit. A 40% consistency rule in the evaluation, and a three-day minimum.
  • Weekly activity: at least one trade a week, per the rules overview.

What this means: at 50K, FundedNext Rapid and Tradeify Growth or Select all ask for $3,000 with a $2,000 floor. Flex is the outlier: a lower target and a tighter floor. Traders who hate daily limits can pick Flex, Rapid Pro or Tradeify Select.

Drawdown type

Both firms trail the end-of-day high, not every tick of open profit. Both still breach you if a live loss reaches the floor. FundedNext's floor stops at the start balance plus $100. FundedNext's Stellar CFD plans use a static max loss instead. See trailing vs static drawdown for the difference.

Payouts and splits

FundedNext Futures

  • Flex: 95% share, five benchmark days per cycle, payouts up to 50% of profit and capped at $1,500, $2,500 or $4,000. Flex funded rules.
  • Rapid Pro: 90%, every 3 days, 40% consistency, caps of $800, $1,200 or $2,500. Rapid Pro funded rules.
  • Rapid Daily: 90%, daily, above a buffer, same caps. Rapid Daily funded rules.
  • Limit: Flex and Rapid Daily funded accounts close after the 5th reward.

Tradeify

From Tradeify's Select payout policy:

  • Split: 90/10, $250 minimum.
  • Select Flex: a payout every five winning days. Up to 50% of profit, capped at $1,250, $2,500, $3,500 or $4,500 for accounts bought from 1 September 2026. No daily loss limit.
  • Select Daily: daily eligibility, caps of $600 to $2,500, a buffer and a funded daily limit.
  • Growth: a 35% consistency rule on funded payouts, per our rules database.

The two firms' daily-payout options look alike: buffer, daily limit, small caps. FundedNext Flex's 95% is the top split here. Our payout rules guide explains caps and buffers.

Platforms and instruments

  • FundedNext Futures: Tradovate, NinjaTrader and TradingView. Index, metals, energy and currency futures on CME, NYMEX and COMEX.
  • Tradeify: NinjaTrader/Tradovate, WealthCharts and Rithmic/Tradesea, chosen at checkout. TradingView is optional and billed by TradingView.

Restrictions

  • Overnight: banned at both. Tradeify requires you to be flat by 4:45 PM ET. FundedNext's terms require positions closed before the trading day ends.
  • News: Tradeify allows it at your own risk. FundedNext's futures pages we read did not state a news rule.
  • Bots: Tradeify allows them only if you own the strategy, and bans high-frequency bots. FundedNext allows bots but may review or disable them.
  • Scalping: both police very short holds on funded accounts. Tradeify uses a 10-second test; FundedNext applies a 10-second deduction rule on Flex.
  • Countries: FundedNext's country list does not mention the US. Confirm eligibility with support.

Downsides of each

FundedNext Futures

  • Help pages disagree on some Rapid prices.
  • Flex's $1,500 floor at 50K leaves little room.
  • Some funded accounts end after five rewards.
  • A new desk with a short track record.

Tradeify

  • Payout caps on every Select payout.
  • A daily limit on Growth and a consistency rule on Select.
  • Lightning accounts are costly and can't be reset.
  • The homepage showed placeholder text and clashing promo banners.

Who each suits

  • Forex and CFD traders: FundedNext Stellar. Tradeify has no forex CFDs.
  • Lowest futures entry fee: FundedNext Flex with its coupon.
  • One-day pass: Tradeify Growth.
  • Highest split: FundedNext Flex at 95%, if a tight floor suits you.
  • WealthCharts or Rithmic users: Tradeify.
  • Bot traders: Tradeify, if you own the code.

Verdict

For forex, only FundedNext fits. For futures, the firms are close: one-time fees, no activation fee, end-of-day drawdown and 90% or more. FundedNext Flex is cheaper and pays 95%, but its floor is tight. Tradeify is a futures specialist with more platform routes and a one-day Growth pass. Read our FundedNext review and Tradeify review.
